Custom Homes

New homes on foothills lots, start to finish. We keep the number small on purpose — a custom home only goes well when the person whose name is on the company is standing on the site, and there's a limit to how many sites one person can stand on.

Lower and accessory units are part of this work. Our Golden Custom Home is one house carrying two complete units — two kitchens, separate entries, three levels stacked on a steep lot — which is a different build from a large single-family house and a harder one to schedule.
